Morgan Painley is an Associate Attorney at AMG Law practicing exclusively family law. She is experienced in handling every type of domestic relations matter, including divorce, custody and visitation, support, and equitable distribution cases. Ms. Painley represents clients all across the Northern Virginia area, including Fairfax, Manassas, Prince William County, Alexandria, and Arlington.
Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Ms. Painley graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She was a member of the pre-law professional fraternity Phi Alpha Delta as well as Campus Assault Response, an organization dedicated to providing resources and education to survivors of assault.
Ms. Painley went on to study law at Elon University School of Law, where she graduated in December of 2022. During her law school tenure, she acted as Vice President of the Education Law Society and was a member of the Innocence Project. She also authored articles focused on criminal justice reform for the non-profit Interrogating Justice.
Ms. Painley attained her Virginia Bar license in October of 2023. She currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia.
